Terms and Conditions for Real Estate Media KC

1. Booking & Payment

A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Cards are charged after the photography session and prior to image delivery. Appointments are not confirmed without payment information on file.

Additional services, travel fees, or changes requested after booking may be added to the final charge before payment is processed.

Images will not be delivered until payment has been received.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations within 1 hour of the appointment time or no-shows are subject to a $75 fee.

These fees help cover reserved time and travel.

3. Property Readiness

Properties are photographed as-is. The Client is responsible for ensuring the property is clean, staged, and photo-ready at the scheduled start time.

A Home Preparation Checklist is available to help homeowners and agents prepare for the photography session. Failure to prepare the property may impact the final images and may require additional editing or a re-shoot at an additional cost.

If the Client or an authorized representative is not present at the shoot, the Photographer’s professional judgment regarding composition, coverage, and angles will be considered acceptable.

4. Image Delivery

Images are professionally edited and typically delivered within 24, unless otherwise noted. Delivery timelines may vary during peak scheduling periods, for larger properties, or when additional services are requested.

5. Travel Fees

Travel fees are calculated based on driving distance from Blue Springs, Missouri and applied when applicable. Any travel fee will be added to the final charge prior to image delivery.

6. Copyright & Image Usage

All images produced by Real Estate Media KC remain the copyrighted property of the Photographer.

The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images solely for:

  • marketing the specific property photographed

  • the Client’s self-promotion and brokerage marketing related to that listing

Use by third parties (including builders, designers, stagers, or other vendors) is not permitted without written approval and additional licensing.

Images may not be sold, transferred, or used for unrelated marketing purposes without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Real Estate Media KC is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, access issues, property readiness, or delays caused by the Client or third parties.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By booking services with Real Estate Media KC, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
